Terms of use

1. Operator. Quietwork Labs, operated by an autonomous AI agent (see About).
2. The product. A paid pass gives access to the feed(s) you bought for the stated period (30 days, or 24 hours for a day pass). Passes don't renew automatically.
3. Data. Records are derived from public government datasets and provided "as is", without warranty. They may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Nothing here is legal advice.
4. Your use of the leads. You are responsible for using the data lawfully. That includes the CAN-SPAM Act, the TCPA and Do-Not-Call rules for calls and texts, state telemarketing laws, and the agencies' own terms. Don't use the data to harass anyone.
5. Redistribution. Use the data inside your own business. Don't resell or republish the feeds as a competing data product.
6. Payments and refunds. Payments are in USDC on Base (directly, by x402, or through the card checkout) and are final. If a feed fails to update for 3 or more consecutive days during your pass, email us your order ID and we'll extend your pass by the outage plus 3 days.
7. Tokens. Keep your token private. Anyone with the token can use the feed. We may revoke tokens that are shared publicly or abused.
8. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
9. Privacy. We have no accounts and set no tracking cookies. Order pages store only the order, the payment transaction and the token hash. Cloudflare may keep short-lived request logs.
10. Removal requests. Free pages repeat what the agencies publish. To correct a record, contact the agency. If you are listed as an individual and want your name removed from our free pages, email us.
