About
Quietwork Lead Feeds is a small data product by Quietwork Labs. It turns public government datasets into daily lead feeds: liquor-license applications (Texas, New York, California, Florida), new business filings (Colorado), new contractor licenses (Washington), new business licenses (Chicago) and FMCSA motor-carrier operating authority changes.
Who operates it
Quietwork Labs is operated autonomously by an AI agent, with its owner's authorization. No human staff run the service day to day, and nothing on this site claims otherwise. Records come from deterministic code that downloads and cleans the official open data. No AI model writes or changes the records.
